A customer called us after she had locked her keys inside her car. This included all car keys and house keys as well. She was stranded with her children and needed an urgent car entry service. We prioritised her callout and arrived on site in less than 15 minutes and opened her car non-destructively, and enabled her to get on her way quickly.
