A customer had a problem with their front door lock. We went out and discovered that the multipoint lock was beyond repair and needed a replacement 3 star euro cylinder lock, and pair of handles. This was an internal uPVC door leading to the conservatory. A new lock, all hinges aligned, and striker plates adjusted to ensure smooth operation of the door. A happy customer.
