A tutbury customer had a problem with their uPVC from door, and was unable to open or unlock it. We arrived quickly and opened the door non destructively, leaving no damage. We then replaced the old lock mechanism with a new euro 3 star rated cylinder lock, which has much improved security against lock snapping. We also aligned all hinges and striker plates due to a dropped door, and cut extra spare keys for family members.
