A customer had difficulty to lock custom made door that was slightly warped and caused misalignment on lock mechanisms and a subsequent faulty cylinder.
We aligned and adjusted all striker plates, replaced new cylinder with new keys and lubricated lock mechanisms to ensure smooth operation of the lock.
