A recent customer found herself at the mercy of a broken uPVC door lock, when she returned home and was unable to gain entry to her property.
This can happen quite often, as over time locks and mechanisms move out of alignment, or the euro lock itself can become worn, and won’t accept the rotation of the key to turn the door mechanism.
We were called out to the property, and gained entry to the front door. We then replaced the faulty lock with an improved multipoint lock, cylinder, and a new set of keys. As the hinges and door were now quite old, we aligned all plates and hinges to ensure the door operated smoothly.
